The Braking System includes hub bearing, hub bearing unit and hub bearing repair kits.
First-generation ball bearing hub units are early designs in automotive wheel hub bearings, primarily using double-row angular contact ball bearings or double-row cone roller bearings. They support wheel rotation and transmit loads but have been phased out due to structural simplicity and assembly complexity.
The first-generation tapered structure hub bearing is a double-row tapered roller bearing with an integral outer ring and a back-to-back combination of inner rings. It consists of an outer ring and two inner rings.
The second-generation hub bearing unit: combined with the first-generation hub bearing, a hub flange is integrated to facilitate the flange installation of brake discs or steering knuckles.
The third-generation hub bearing consists of an outer ring with a flange connected to the suspension and an inner ring with a flange connected to the brake disc and rim. Some third-generation hub bearings integrate ABS sensors.
The Hub repair kits contains bolts, nuts, oil seals, and clasp rings.
